I have used Blanche twice—to buy my condo and to sell it again years later—and she is fantastic. When buying, she listened to what I was looking for and helped me to find the perfect place for me. When selling, I have stuck away from home due to the pandemic, and she went *far* above and beyond to coordinate everything for needed repairs (using vendors/workers she already knew and who did high-quality work) and to get the place in great shape to be shown to buyers. She also guided me through the whole process both times, advised me well at every step of the negotiations, and communicated everything to me immediately and proactively along the way.
